Why Kalendar is Made for You

Build with us

We’re a small, nimble team building from scratch.
You’ll get your hands dirty (in the best way), wear multiple hats, and help shape what Kalendar becomes—with a voice at the table.

Passion over presence

We value ownership, warmth, timelines, and teamwork.
We celebrate ideas, not job titles. And we believe meaningful work should also be fun.

Flexible + Authentic

Most of our team works remotely, but the work is rooted in real-world experiences.
Flexible hours, weekend events, IRL brainstorms, and lots of chai.
