Kaas -Plateau of Flowers: One day Tour

Kaas -Plateau of Flowers: One day Tour

Rs. 2,200.00

Kaas –Plateau of Flowers in Satara district is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site where hundreds of rare varieties of wild flowers grow during the month ending of the monsoon in the Sahyadri mountain ranges. Kaas is situated on a fossilised dead volcano of the Deccan plateau. The flowers are so rare and unique that they bloom only on this particular hill due to the rare minerals in that soil. During full bloom it looks as if a large carpet of flowers is laid out to an expanse. As we keep moving, we see the variety of flowers change in type and colour across the plateau.
