About the host:

Garima Sharma is a multidisciplinary artist based in Mumbai, with a deep passion for the tactile and reflective qualities of clay. Her pottery practice seamlessly blends sculptural and functional forms, exploring the often-overlooked relationships we have with everyday objects. Through her work, she reflects on themes of nature, memory, and the silent presence of the inanimate in our lives, using clay as a medium to engage with the subtle yet profound connections we share with the world around us.

Her cosy studio is a space for both amateurs and artists to slow down and explore their creativity. Participants often describe her workshops as fun, creative, informative and her as a knowledgable, patient and enthusiastic facilitator who brings out their artistic side.
