The food I cook has always been inspired from my travels and food adventures I’ve had over the years. My first proper kitchen job was as a prep cook at a vegetable-forward restaurant in Chicago where I learnt how to make sauces, ferment and pickle everything we could get our hands on and play with textures in food. I spent a Summer in Italy living as a local at an organic farm in the heart of Tuscany- this is when I absolutely fell in love with pasta! As a Chef and eater who deeply wants to understand why things are the way they are while cooking, I set out on a journey to research and experiment with a wide variety of produce and ingredients!
