Step out of constant stimulation and into a calm, held environment where your body and mind can settle naturally. Whether you choose to journal, stretch gently, sit quietly, or simply rest with a cup of tea, this space supports clarity through intentional stillness.
Arrive within the first 15 minutes and leave whenever you feel complete. No agenda. No expectations. Just a weekly pause engineered for high-functioning minds to switch off and recalibrate.
You can sign up for a single session or choose a 4-session monthly pass. Pick any Thursday to begin - your month will be calculated from your first visit.
